Mobile Action's innovative solution to link your cell phone to your PC is now available at RadioShack

Mobile Action, a global leader in mobile management software, today announced that the company has finalized an agreement with RadioShack, one of the nation's most trusted consumer electronics specialty retailers, to carry Handset Manager, Mobile Action's popular cellular phone-to-PC data sharing solution.

"RadioShack has the reputation as one of the most helpful, customer focused consumer electronics retailer in the United States," said Fitzwilliam Yang, brand manager for Mobile Action. "This deal marks an important milestone for Mobile Action's North American marketing effort and gives us the opportunity to introduce Handset Manager to a broader base of American PC users through RadioShack's more than 6,000 convenient neighborhood locations across the country."

Handset Manager allows cellular phone customers to connect their phones to their PCs to share files and manage features on their mobile phones. It supports the sharing of Outlook and Outlook Express address information and calendar synchronization. Handset Manager also features a picture editor to manage cell phone pictures and wallpaper and an audio composer to create customized ring tones. Its SyncManager, a powerful synchronization tool, can allow users to establish personal synchronization settings to enable a one-click connection between cellular phones and PCs.

Handset Manager can also help users to backup and compose text and multimedia messages (MMS). The latest version, Handset Manager 9.2, also includes an MP3 audio clipper and a video composer to create MP3 ringtones and short films. One of the new features is Photo Wizard, which provides 16 special effects and brightness adjustment for image files.

The other new feature of Handset Manager 9.2 is Music Manager, which allows users to move music from their PC to cellular phone, create play lists, and more, just as you would use iTune to manage your iPod's music. With carrier's GSM/GPRS services, users can get on the Internet with Handset Manager's software and connector. Handset Manager's USB Data Suite, with the software and a USB data cable, it can serve as a cellular phone charger for certain phone models.

Mobile Action currently offers Handset Manager software with a USB connector, infrared connector and Bluetooth-compatible connectivity hardware for the PC. It supports 20 languages and is compatible with more than 600 mobile phones including models from Nokia, Samsung, LG, Sanyo, Motorola, SonyEricsson.
